Devon Hayes

Co-Principal

Devon Hayes is the Director of Strategy and co- owner at Elevation Marketing™, a leading digital marketing agency for contractors and home services businesses. Devon is directly responsible for analyzing each client’s market, vertical, and competitive climate before designing the organic online strategy for visibility, lead generation, and inbound marketing. Devon specializes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and has a proven track record of success throughout the home services industries, medical, legal, cannabis, engineering, and IT verticals.

Prior to starting Elevation Marketing™, Devon worked in the construction and financial industries, most notably as the Director of Marketing for The Vertex Companies, an international AEC firm averaging $280M in annual revenue. She is a Veteran of the US Navy, where she worked as an IT onboard a ship that served the 5th and 7th Fleets’ missions.

Devon earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver. She has also earned an accreditation from Moz Academy in Technical SEO.

Today, Devon focuses on digital strategy at Elevation Marketing™. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in bleeding edge digital tactics that give our clients a strategic advantage in their respective verticals. When she’s not working, you can find Devon in the mountains with her husband, two sons, and lovable pitbull/boxer mix, Frankie.

Amanda Joyce

Co-Principal

Amanda Joyce is the Director of Media and co-owner at Elevation Marketing™, a leading digital marketing agency for contractors and home services businesses. Amanda is the lead strategist behind all paid and earned media initiatives. She leverages her extensive experience in the space to help our clients reimagine and execute optimal digital media campaigns. Amanda has managed paid media across a multitude of verticals, for small organizations and fortune 500 companies alike, experience she taps into every day to deliver leading edge digital strategies to her clients.

Amanda began her career in paid media at a leading international search agency. After learning and growing a great deal professionally, Amanda made the decision to exit the corporate agency environment. She chose to focus on her passion for helping emerging brands grow in the online space. She merged companies with Devon Hayes in 2018 to create an agency focused on delivering optimal results and unmatched client service.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. She maintains her Google Ads Certification.

Today, Amanda brings her years of experience to her role at Elevation Marketing™. Together with her partner, Devon Hayes, Amanda hosts the Trades Secrets: Contractor Marketing Podcast, focused on sharing their years of combined marketing experience with trades professionals. When she is not working, Amanda spends time with her husband, two beautiful sons, and loving shar pei mix, Ruby.

Holding a Master’s in Organizational Management, Danielle works behind the scenes to align brand voice, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency. She has played a key role in building documentation systems that enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Danielle transforms into a live music enthusiast, family chauffeur, sports coach, and proud mom. Her mix of structure, creativity, and dedication makes her an essential part of the Elevation Marketing™ team.

Josefina Campino

Marketing Strategist

Josefina brings global expertise from brands like L’Oréal and Johnson & Johnson into the home service marketing space. She blends data-driven strategy with creative thinking to build marketing plans that produce measurable growth. At Elevation Marketing™, she leads Google Business Profile strategy and broader digital initiatives. Her background managing major brands in Chile gives her a sharp eye for positioning, audience targeting, and performance optimization. When she’s not building strategy, Josefina is exploring Colorado with her family or cheering on the Broncos. Her collaborative spirit and strategic mindset make her a powerful force on the team.

Jon’s technical expertise is enough to make even Bill Gates blush. As Elevation Marketing’s web design and development expert, he focuses on building fast, high-performing websites that prioritize UX and real-world performance. From troubleshooting complex site issues to optimizing backend structure, Jon approaches every challenge with practical solutions. He balances functionality with design, ensuring websites not only look great but convert effectively. Whether the project is highly complex or refreshingly simple, Jon brings steady problem-solving and precision to every build.Jon can assess the challenges and come up with reasonable solutions. Her path into marketing began through a personal travel blog where she learned how to build a website and explore SEO. That early curiosity led to roles in affiliate marketing, real estate marketing leadership, and demand generation within high-growth organizations focused on driving revenue and scaling performance.

Alexander Walkup

Marketing Coordinator

Alexander combines analytical thinking with an understanding of human behavior to support effective marketing strategies. With a degree in Advertising from the University of Minnesota, he brings experience in SEO, content creation, social media, and website optimization. He coordinates production across Search, Social, and Content teams, helping manage localized projects and agency-wide initiatives. His background in brand development and email marketing allows him to contribute wherever needed. Outside of work, Alexander stays active through sports and creative hobbies, bringing a “say yes” mindset that fuels both his growth and the team’s success.

Engeline supports Elevation Marketing™ through content management, reporting, and executive administrative coordination. She helps keep projects organized and ensures the team has the structure and information needed to support client work effectively.

Before joining Elevation Marketing™, Engeline built her career in the BPO industry where she led teams and managed projects across multiple operational environments. Her background in project management and instructional design strengthened her organizational, leadership, and communication skills, which now support her role coordinating internal processes and content initiatives.
