Elevation Marketing
Devon Hayes is the Director of Strategy and part owner at Elevation Marketing. She is directly responsible for analyzing each client’s market, vertical and competitive climate before designing the organic online strategy for visibility, lead generation and inbound marketing. Ms. Hayes specializes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and has a proven track record of success throughout the home services industries, medical, legal, cannabis, engineering and IT verticals.
Prior to starting Elevation Marketing, Ms. Hayes worked in the construction and financial industries, most notably as the Director of Marketing for The Vertex Companies, an international AEC firm averaging $280M in annual revenue. She is a Veteran of the US Navy where she worked as an IT onboard a ship that served the 5th and 7th Fleet’s missions.
Ms. Hayes earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver. She has also earned an accreditation from Moz Academy in Technical SEO.
Today Devon focuses on digital strategy at Elevation Marketing. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in bleeding edge digital tactics that give our clients a strategic advantage in their respective verticals. When she’s not working you can find Ms. Hayes in the mountains with her husband, two sons and lovable pitbull/boxer mix, Frankie.
Amanda Joyce is the Director of Media and part owner at Elevation Marketing. Amanda is the lead strategist behind all paid and earned media initiatives. She leverages her extensive experience in the space to help our clients reimagine and execute optimal digital media campaigns. Amanda has managed media across a multitude of verticals, for small organizations and fortune 500 companies alike, experience she taps into every day to deliver leading edge digital strategies to her clients.
Amanda began her career in paid media at a leading international search agency. After learning and growing a great deal professionally, Amanda made the decision to exit the corporate agency environment. She chose to focus on her passion of helping emerging brands grow in the online space. She merged companies with Devon Hayes in 2018 to create an agency focused on delivering optimal results and unmatched client service.
Amanda earned her Bachelors of Science in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. She maintains her Google Ads Certification.
Today Amanda brings her years of experience to her role at Elevation Marketing. Together with her partner, Devon Hayes, Amanda hosts the Trades Secrets: Contractor Marketing Podcast focused on sharing their years of combined marketing experience with trades professionals. When she is not working, Amanda is spending time with her husband, two beautiful sons and loving shar pei mix, Ruby.
With over 30 years of marketing and communications experience, Pam is a master of content, social and digital marketing planning and execution. With hands-on account experience for consumer and business accounts at traditional and digital agencies, Pam is versed in writing, publishing, tracking and analyzing digital content including blogs, social posts, web content, graphics, infographics, ebooks, video and email communications.
Sean Flamand is an experienced content marketer and copyeditor with extensive experience in journalism, academic writing, and marketing writing. He approaches all content work with the utmost care and attention to detail, and incorporates current SEO best practices into each of his pieces.
Jon’s tech background is enough to make Bill Gates blush. An expert in web design and development, he is is always taking into consideration UX/UI in all designs. Complex project? Can’t figure out why your site performance is so poor? Jon can assess the challenges and come up with reasonable solutions. He’s more than just a developer, and is our true secret weapon on complex projects. Although we should note, he loves the easy ones, too.

Kevin is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience spanning several years in the realms of data analytics and senior reference file maintenance. Crystal is a swiss army knife when it comes to digital marketing, though most of her experience can be found in the social media landscape. Her multitasking ability stems from being a busy mom of three rowdy boys but she wouldn’t have it any other way. Graduating with an English degree, her plan to go into teaching switched when realizing she’d rather ‘do’ than ‘teach’.
